for Serves 4-6 :
200 g rhubarb
250 g strawberries
400 g apples, such as Golden
50 g caster sugar
50 g golden brown sugar
1Wash the rhubarb and peel if stringy, then cut into small 1cm pieces and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with the caster sugar and macerate for 1 hour.
2Wash, hull, dry and halve the strawberries. Peel, core and cut the apples, into large pieces.
3Put the apples, strawberries, rhubarb and its juice, in the metal bowl with the golden brown sugar; run the PUREED SOUP programme.
