for about 225 ml :
55 g mint leaves
1 cm piece of fresh root ginger, coarsely chopped
1 small onion, coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons lime juice
salt
1Put mint, ginger, onion and lime juice in the food processor. Mix to a paste. Season with salt to taste.
2Transfer samball to a small serving bowl. Serve sambal with curries of Curry Puffs.
