for Serves 4 :
1 cup defrosted frozen peas
½ cup almond meal
1 large handful mint leaves
1 large handful basil leaves
1/8 teaspoon garlic granules
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup savoury yeast flakes
pinch salt and pepper
¼ teaspoon lemon zest
or dried chilli flakes
1Fit the food processing bowl. Wash the basil and mint and remove the stalks.
2Put all the ingredients in the bowl; mix for 10-15 seconds using the FOOD PROCESSOR programme to obtain a chunky texture paste.
