for 4-6 personnes :
300 g basmati or long-grain rice
310 ml water
2 pinches ground saffron
1 tsp salt
500 ml water to put in the metal bowl
1Fit the metal bowl with 500ml water. Place the rice, 310ml water, saffron and salt in a stainless-steel bowl that fits the steam basket.
2Run the STEAM programme for 25 minutes.

Hi not sure if I did something wrong but rice crunchy even after we cooked for another 6 minutes
