for 1 bowl :
250 g stoned black olives  
2 teaspoons mustard
20 ml olive oil
1 tablespoon capers
lemon - juice only
pepper
1Place all the ingredients in the Micro bowl except for the oil.
2Blend for approximately 30 seconds to obtain a paste.
3Slowly add the oil via the feed tube with Le Micro in continuous mode. Blend until it has all been absorbed.
Chef’s tip

Delicious spread on toasted slices of wholemeal bread.
