Serves 4-5 portions - from 6 months :
400 g eating apples
(such as Golden Delicious or Braeburn)
600 g very ripe apricots
2 to 3 tbsp water
1Peel, core and cut the apples into large pieces. Wash and halve the apricots,
removing the stone.
2Put the fruit in the metal bowl, add the water then run the EXPERT programme,
25 minutes/speed 2A/100 °C.
3To create a smooth compote, restart the EXPERT programme 30 seconds/speed 15
(without heating).
