4 Egg Yolks
4 tsp Cornflour
2 Cups of milk at room temperature
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
1Put everything in the metal bowl.
2EXPERT setting 10min/4/ 80 degrees

Great recipe! I followed the notes and added 4 whole eggs and omitted the flour. My milk was cold, so I ran the program an extra couple of mins. Perfect custard!

Turned out perfect, perfect amount of sweetness, I wonder if I can add chocolate to this recipe? The other magimix chocolate custard is not as good...

ive never made custard before. this was easy and turned out perfectly. i used vanilla extract

make this frequently. really like consistency and kids love it. Do find it a little bit eggy tasting, Its fine with extra sugar and vanilla. However, for kids, in an attempt not to not add extra sugar, i have tried adjuating the egg ratio/ 3 whole eggs etc, but havent been able to nail it.

Really good custard I do it at 90c and increase the time to 12min. Comes out great every time

I altered the receipe a little by using 4 whole eggs and no cornflour, absolutely beautiful.

Perfect pouring custard every time. I cook for 2 minutes longer as I invariably forget to get the milk out of the fridge.
