delicious! next time I'll add more thai flavours instead of 5 spice
Added garlic, shallot, ginger, Clive of India Hot Curry Powder, creme fraiche and blended through a little kale. Delicious.
I found it a great consistency, (the pumpkin ? I used filled two thirds of the bowl) and delicious needed 5 mins more cooking time to cook the pumpkin through fully, and a little salt.
End result was very thin soup. The flavour of the kaffir is delicious but the soup really lacks flavour overall. I would add garlic and onion next time!
