1 | Pour 25 ml of olive oil into metal bowl and run EXPERT programme, 3 minutes/speed 1A/125°C, to heat oil. |
2 | Remove cap from lid and add pine nuts. Run EXPERT programme, 5 minutes/speed 1A/125°C. |
3 | Add currants and run EXPERT programme, 5 minutes/speed 1A/125°C. |
4 | Add spinach, a little salt and remaining 50 ml of olive oil. Remove cap from lid and run EXPERT programme, 4 minutes/speed 2A/110°C. |
5 | Remove any excess water and serve immediately. |
