75 ml olive oil
50 g pine nuts
50 g currants
400 g fresh spinach leaves

Pour 25 ml of olive oil into metal bowl and run EXPERT programme, 3 minutes/speed 1A/125°C, to heat oil.

Remove cap from lid and add pine nuts. Run EXPERT programme, 5 minutes/speed 1A/125°C.

Add currants and run EXPERT programme, 5 minutes/speed 1A/125°C.

Add spinach, a little salt and remaining 50 ml of olive oil. Remove cap from lid and run EXPERT programme, 4 minutes/speed 2A/110°C.

Remove any excess water and serve immediately.
