30 g sugar
400 ml full cream milk
100 ml pure cream
1 pinch salt
80 g dark chocolate
30 g cornflour

Break chocolate into pieces in bowl and chop using EXPERT programme, 30 seconds/speed 15 (without heating). Set aside.

Sprinkle sugar evenly over bottom of bowl and run EXPERT programme 3 minutes/speed 1A/140°C.

Add 350 ml of milk, pure cream and pinch of salt. Cook using EXPERT programme 5 minutes/speed 2A/105°C.

Add chopped chocolate and run EXPERT programme, 1 minute/speed 2A/105°C.

Then mix remaining milk with cornflour and add through opening while running EXPERT programme for 2 minutes/speed 3/105°C.

Put pudding in shot glasses and serve cold or warm. Chocolate pudding goes well with bananas and grated coconut.

Chef’s tip

Use white chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
