30 | g sugar |
400 | ml full cream milk |
100 | ml pure cream |
1 | pinch salt |
80 | g dark chocolate |
30 | g cornflour |
1 | Break chocolate into pieces in bowl and chop using EXPERT programme, 30 seconds/speed 15 (without heating). Set aside. |
2 | Sprinkle sugar evenly over bottom of bowl and run EXPERT programme 3 minutes/speed 1A/140°C. |
3 | Add 350 ml of milk, pure cream and pinch of salt. Cook using EXPERT programme 5 minutes/speed 2A/105°C. |
4 | Add chopped chocolate and run EXPERT programme, 1 minute/speed 2A/105°C. |
5 | Then mix remaining milk with cornflour and add through opening while running EXPERT programme for 2 minutes/speed 3/105°C. |
6 | Put pudding in shot glasses and serve cold or warm. Chocolate pudding goes well with bananas and grated coconut. |
