150 | g raw almonds, peeled |
1 | clove garlic, peeled and germ removed |
1 | slice of sandwich bread |

15 | ml white wine vinegar |

1 | Insert metal bowl in appliance. Add almonds, garlic and bread and run EXPERT programme, 30 seconds/speed 15 (without heating). |
2 | Pour in cold water, salt and vinegar. Run EXPERT programme for 1 minute/speed 12 (without heating). |
3 | Run EXPERT programme for 1 minute/speed 15 (without heating). During the programme, gradually add olive oil through opening. Once oil has been added, increase speed to 17 for the remaining time. |
4 | Serve very cold. |
