|150||g raw almonds, peeled
|1||clove garlic, peeled and germ removed
|1||slice of sandwich bread
|35||ml olive oil
|15||ml white wine vinegar
|500||ml cold water
Insert metal bowl in appliance. Add almonds, garlic and bread and run EXPERT programme, 30 seconds/speed 15 (without heating).
Pour in cold water, salt and vinegar. Run EXPERT programme for 1 minute/speed 12 (without heating).
Run EXPERT programme for 1 minute/speed 15 (without heating). During the programme, gradually add olive oil through opening. Once oil has been added, increase speed to 17 for the remaining time.
Serve very cold.
