1 | Peel onion and chop into halve and place in the Metal Bowl, add the garlic and carrot. |
2 | Select EXPERT Program 1 minute/ speed 8 (without heat) |
3 | Scrape down the sides and add the chopped Bacon and oil. |
4 | Select EXPERT program 5 minutes/ speed 3/ 120 degrees |
5 | Scrape down the sides, add the peas and the rest of the ingredients into the Metal bowl |
6 | Select COOK program and select CREAM SOUP program |
7 | When the CREAM SOUP program has finished add the mint leaves and Cream |
8 | Select EXPERT mode 1 minute/ speed 13/no heat |
9 | Careful ladled the soup into a bowl. |
10 | Serve with garlic bread or fresh crunchy bread |
