Serves 6 :
2 Large Onions
1 Carrot
1 Clove garlic
500 Grams frozen Peas
6 Slices deluxe Bacon
1 Tbsp Vegetable stock
400 Ml water
Olive oil or butter
1/4 Tsp cumin
1/4 Tsp turmeric
1/4 Paprika
Parsley leaves
6 Mint leaves
1Peel onion and chop into halve and place in the Metal Bowl, add the garlic and carrot.
2Select EXPERT Program 1 minute/ speed 8 (without heat)
3Scrape down the sides and add the chopped Bacon and oil.
4Select EXPERT program 5 minutes/ speed 3/ 120 degrees
5Scrape down the sides, add the peas and the rest of the ingredients into the Metal bowl
6Select COOK program and select CREAM SOUP program
7When the CREAM SOUP program has finished add the mint leaves and Cream
8Select EXPERT mode 1 minute/ speed 13/no heat
9Careful ladled the soup into a bowl.
10Serve with garlic bread or fresh crunchy bread
