Creamed eggs, smoked salmon & avocad

Serves 4 :
8 eggs whole
1/2 tablespoon softened butter
1/4 cup cream
Salt to season
8 slices Toasted sourdough
1 avocado, sliced into quarters
1/4 bunch Chives
Cracked pepper to taste
12 slices salmon
1In your Magimix Cook Expert, crack the eggs into the steel bowl, add the butter, cream and salt. Choose program EXPERT, speed 3 for 20 mins at 85°C.
2Press AUTO/START and get the rest of your ingredients ready.
3Toast the sourdough, arrange the salmon and avocado.
4Pour the eggs onto each place divided evenly over 4 plates.
