|700||g shelled garden peas
|300||ml single cream

|1||Halve the onions and place in the metal bowl. Add the water, stock cube and peas;|
run the CREAMED SOUP programme.
|2||At the end of the programme, pour the single cream through the opening and|
season to taste. Restart the programme 10 seconds.
|3||Serve the creamy pea soup garnished with pancetta crisps, a dash of cream and|
simple, quick, very tasty.
For a vegetarian option, instead of pancetta I used garlic bread crutons which I made easily. Just cut into cubes a few slices of bread and bake in the oven or pan with some drips of olive oil and crushed garlic.
