Serves 6/8 :
250 g plain flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
500 ml milk
50 g unsalted butter, melted + 1 knob
1 tbsp rum (optional)
pinch salt
1Place all the ingredients in the metal bowl. Run the EXPERT programme (without heating) for 1 minute/speed 13. Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
2Brush a frying pan with a little melted butter and place over medium heat until hot. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook the crêpe for 1 minute on each side. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
