Serves 1 bowl :
30 g butter
2 tsp curry powder
150 ml water
1 ½ tbsp crème fraîche
40 g plain flour
150 ml cold milk
½ cube chicken stock
salt, pepper
1Put all the ingredients in the metal bowl and run the EXPERT programme for 5 minutes/speed 3/80°C.
