Serves 4 :
140 g dried apricot
50 g sultanas (dried grapes/raisin)
100 g pitted dates (any sort)
100 g shredded coconut
50 g almonds with their skin*
1 generous tsp of honey
1Place all the ingredients in the metal bowl of the Magimix or the bowl of your food processor. [EXPERT or FOOD PROCESSOR programme]
2Starting slow, increase the speed 1 increment after another with a few seconds between each. Stop to scrape down if needed.
3Line a rectangular or square mould with baking paper.
4Tip the mixture in the mould and press down to make it firm and even.
5Refrigerate for 30 mins minimim.
6Cut cereal bars with a long and sharp knife.
7Keep in the fridge for up to 10 days.
