Serves 6 :
130 g raw sugar or caster sugar
1 tbs vanilla bean paste
750 ml milk
20 g melted butter
125 g flour
1 cap of dark rum
20 large prunes
1Preaheat oven at 200°C
2Add all ingredients in the bowl starting with milk and EXCEPT prunes. Launch the PASTRY/CAKE program (2 mins / Speed 4 / no temperature).
3Butter oven dish. Place prunes all over. Pour batter. Bake for 40 mins (if it gets too dark lower temperature to 180°C)
