Serves SERVES 6 to 8 :
4 eggs
1 level tbsp vanilla-flavoured sugar
10 g melted butter + 1 knob of butter
1 capful of rum (optional)
15 large prunes, pitted (or 30 small ones)
120 g sugar
750 ml full cream milk
125 g flour
1 plump vanilla bean

Pre-heat oven to 200°C (th. 6/7).

Add all ingredients (except prunes) and split, scraped vanilla bean to bowl and run PASTRY/CAKE programme.

Butter an oven-proof dish, arrange prunes over the bottom and pour over batter.

Bake 10 minutes at 200°C then reduce oven to 180°C (th. 6) for 30 to 40 minutes.
