1 | level tbsp vanilla-flavoured sugar |
10 | g melted butter + 1 knob of butter |
1 | capful of rum (optional) |
15 | large prunes, pitted (or 30 small ones) |
120 | g sugar |
750 | ml full cream milk |

1 | plump vanilla bean |
1 | Pre-heat oven to 200°C (th. 6/7). |
2 | Add all ingredients (except prunes) and split, scraped vanilla bean to bowl and run PASTRY/CAKE programme. |
3 | Butter an oven-proof dish, arrange prunes over the bottom and pour over batter. |
4 | Bake 10 minutes at 200°C then reduce oven to 180°C (th. 6) for 30 to 40 minutes. |
