|For flammekueche dough|
|440||g plain flour
|1||tblsp dried baker's yeast
|3||tblsp olive oil
|300||g onions, peeled|
|200||g bacon pieces|
|300||g whipping cream|
|250||g double cream|
|3||pinches black pepper|
Make flammekueche dough. Spread dough very thinly on a lined baking tray
Insert transparent bowl into midi bowl and add 2 mm slicing disc. Slice onions with FOOD PROCESSOR programme.
Mix whipping cream, double cream, salt and pepper in a bowl. Spread mixture onto dough. Then arrange sliced onions and bacon pieces on top.
Bake in middle of oven for 15 minutes until dough is crusty. Serve very hot.
Place dough ingredients in bowl and run BREAD/BRIOCHE programme until dough is very smooth. Roll into a ball.
Rest dough for 30 minutes at room temperature. Preheat oven to 250°C then divide dough into 4 equal portions.
