Serves Upto 20 :
450 g White chocolate ( broken up or buttons)
300 g Gluten free Rice bubbles
1/2 Cup mixed coloured glazed cherries ( roughly chopped)
1/4 Cup pistachio
1Place White chocolate into the stainless steel bowl. Select the EXPERT program. 5 min/speed 3/ 60 deg C. Scrape down the bowl if necessary.
21 minute before program ends add the rest of the ingredients. Press Auto.
3Use the silicone spatula to remove mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.Use another sheet to press mixture flat into tray.
4After a minute or so use a sharp knife to cut into squares of desired size.
5Place into the fridge for approximately 10 minutes.

Tastes delicious. I added lime zest of one lime when adding the white chocolate.
