450 | g White chocolate ( broken up or buttons) |
300 | g Gluten free Rice bubbles |
1/2 | Cup mixed coloured glazed cherries ( roughly chopped) |
1/4 | Cup pistachio |
1 | Place White chocolate into the stainless steel bowl. Select the EXPERT program. 5 min/speed 3/ 60 deg C. Scrape down the bowl if necessary. |
2 | 1 minute before program ends add the rest of the ingredients. Press Auto. |
3 | Use the silicone spatula to remove mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.Use another sheet to press mixture flat into tray. |
4 | After a minute or so use a sharp knife to cut into squares of desired size. |
5 | Place into the fridge for approximately 10 minutes. |
Tastes delicious. I added lime zest of one lime when adding the white chocolate.
