300 | g hake fillets, bones removed |

1 | Peel the sweet potato and cut into 5mm cubes. |
2 | Pour 500ml water into the metal bowl and fit the steamer basket, add the sweet potato; place the hake and bay leaf on top. Run the STEAM programme. |
3 | Serve with a pinch of paprika. |
