|250||ml sunflower oil
|1||tbsp Dijon mustard

|1||All the ingredients must be at room temperature. Fit the food processing bowl. Put|
the egg yolk, mustard and 1 tbsp oil in the mini bowl, season and run the FOOD
PROCESSOR programme, 20 seconds.
|2||With the machine running, start adding the oil very slowly through the feed tube,|
and as the mixture thickens, add the remaining oil in a thin, steady stream. It is
recommended to refrigerate the mayonnaise for at least 30 minutes before serving.
My first time making mayo too. Dont know why l didn't try it sooner. So easy and you can add your own extra flavourings.

Great recipe. I added some Sweet Chilli Sauce at the end. This made a great dipping sauce to go with Sweet Potato Fries which I dry roasted in an air cooker.
