150 | ml dry white wine |
150 | ml beef stock |
100 | ml pure cream |
1 | Chop onions and garlic in transparent bowl with FOOD PROCESSOR programme for 20 seconds. |
2 | Add bacon pieces and parsley. Run FOOD PROCESSOR programme again for 20 seconds. |
3 | Add veal, minced beef, egg, 2 tablespoons pure cream, mustard and paprika. Season and run FOOD PROCESSOR programme again for 20 seconds. |
4 | Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a casserole dish. |
5 | Shape meatloaf and place in casserole dish. Cook for 20 minutes at 200°C on bottom shelf of oven. |
6 | Meanwhile, combine white wine, stock and pure cream. Cook meatloaf for another 30 minutes basting regularly with a little sauce. |
7 | Cut meatloaf into slices and serve with sauce. |
beautiful meatloaf! love the jus too, i made it wish mash and poured the jus over the mash aswell, so good!
