|100||g bacon pieces
|600||g minced beef
|2||tblsp pure cream
|1||tblsp mild paprika, powdered
|20||g unsalted butter
|150||ml dry white wine|
|150||ml beef stock|
|100||ml pure cream|
Chop onions and garlic in transparent bowl with FOOD PROCESSOR programme for 20 seconds.
Add bacon pieces and parsley. Run FOOD PROCESSOR programme again for 20 seconds.
Add veal, minced beef, egg, 2 tablespoons pure cream, mustard and paprika. Season and run FOOD PROCESSOR programme again for 20 seconds.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a casserole dish.
Shape meatloaf and place in casserole dish. Cook for 20 minutes at 200°C on bottom shelf of oven.
Meanwhile, combine white wine, stock and pure cream. Cook meatloaf for another 30 minutes basting regularly with a little sauce.
Cut meatloaf into slices and serve with sauce.
