Serves SERVES 4 :
100 g onions, quartered
2 garlic cloves, halved
20 g canola oil
500 g minced meat
½ tblsp fresh rosemary, cut up
½ tblsp fresh thyme
600 ml beef stock
3 leeks, sliced thinly
250 g creamy cheese (in triangles, such as Laughing Cow)
200 m double cream
1 pinch nutmeg
½ tblsp salt
2-3 pinches pepper
Chives for garnishing

Put onion, garlic cloves and oil in bowl and run EXPERT programme, 5 seconds/speed 13 (without heating)

Brown onions and garlic with EXPERT programme, 6 minutes/speed 2A/120°C.

Add minced meat and herbs and run EXPERT programme, 6 minutes/speed 2A/120°C.

Add stock, spices and leek and cook with EXPERT programme, 15 minutes/speed 1A/100°C.

Add cream cheese and double cream. Run EXPERT programme, 5 minutes/speed 1A/100°C.  Garnish with chives and serve very hot with slices of baguette.
