100 | g onions, quartered |

250 | g creamy cheese (in triangles, such as Laughing Cow) |
200 | m double cream |
1 | pinch nutmeg |
½ | tblsp salt |

Chives for garnishing |
1 | Put onion, garlic cloves and oil in bowl and run EXPERT programme, 5 seconds/speed 13 (without heating). |
2 | Brown onions and garlic with EXPERT programme, 6 minutes/speed 2A/120°C. |
3 | Add minced meat and herbs and run EXPERT programme, 6 minutes/speed 2A/120°C. |
4 | Add stock, spices and leek and cook with EXPERT programme, 15 minutes/speed 1A/100°C. |
5 | Add cream cheese and double cream. Run EXPERT programme, 5 minutes/speed 1A/100°C. Garnish with chives and serve very hot with slices of baguette. |
Yummy! Like a chowder. I added 2 carrots diced and 4 potatoes diced.
