|100||g onions, quartered
|2||garlic cloves, halved
|20||g canola oil
|500||g minced meat
|½||tblsp fresh rosemary, cut up
|½||tblsp fresh thyme
|600||ml beef stock
|3||leeks, sliced thinly
|250||g creamy cheese (in triangles, such as Laughing Cow)
|200||m double cream
|Chives for garnishing
Put onion, garlic cloves and oil in bowl and run EXPERT programme, 5 seconds/speed 13 (without heating).
Brown onions and garlic with EXPERT programme, 6 minutes/speed 2A/120°C.
Add minced meat and herbs and run EXPERT programme, 6 minutes/speed 2A/120°C.
Add stock, spices and leek and cook with EXPERT programme, 15 minutes/speed 1A/100°C.
Add cream cheese and double cream. Run EXPERT programme, 5 minutes/speed 1A/100°C. Garnish with chives and serve very hot with slices of baguette.
Yummy! Like a chowder. I added 2 carrots diced and 4 potatoes diced.
