500 | g minced beef (pre bought or minced) |
1/2 | cup breadcrumbs |
(made using the Magimix) |

1/2 | cup crunchy peanut butter |
(can be left out if there are nut allergies) |

2 | teaspoons Vegemite |
2 | teaspoons curry powder |
1 | medium carrot grated |
4 | cubes Meredith Dairy marinated Goat Cheese (can be substituted with 1 piece of danish feta) |
4 | spring onions, chopped |
1 | squirt of tomato sauce |
Method | |
1 | Make your breadcrumbs and set aside |
2 | If you're mincing your own beef, mince and set aside |
3 | Grate carrot and set aside |
4 | Add all ingredients into the Magimix food bowl and run FOOD PROCESSOR setting until everything is combined. |
5 | Roll bite size meatballs and place on a lined baking tray |
6 | Bake in a 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through |
7 | Serve with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce |
