Serves 4 :
100 g Nutella®
400 g frozen sliced banana
20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
20 g toasted hazelnuts, lightly crushed
1Put all the ingredients except the hazelnuts into the metal bowl and run the FROZEN DESSERT programme.
2Shape or scoop the ice cream into balls and serve in bowls, sprinkled with hazelnuts. Serve immediately.

Chef’s tip

For a uniform mixture, thinly slice the bananas before freezing, and check they have not formed clumps while the programme is running.
