Serves SERVES 6 to 8 :
1 orange
250 g flour
250 g sugar
3 eggs
100 g sunflower oil
125 g yoghurt
1 tblsp baking powder
1 pinch salt

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Cut orange into quarters. Put sugar, eggs and orange quarters in metal bowl and run EXPERT, 3 minutes/speed 13/37°C.

Add yoghurt, oil, flour, baking powder and pinch of salt and run EXPERT, 15 seconds/speed 9 (without heating). At end of programme, use a silicone spatula to incorporate all the ingredients.

Line bottom of a round sandwich tin with baking paper, grease sides with butter and pour in mixture. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180°C.

Chef’s tip

If you want to accentuate the taste of orange, you can add orange zest to the mixture at the end.
