Pizza dough | |
250 | g plain flour |
140 | ml warm water |
4 | g dried bakers yeast |
1/2 | tsp salt |
1 | tsp olive oil |

Pizza dough | |
1 | Pour flour, salt and yeast into Cook Expert bowl, then run BREAD/BRIOCHE programme for 1 minute. |
2 | Add warm water and teaspoon of olive oil and press AUTO. Remove and shape into an even ball of dough. |
3 | Set aside for 1 hour under a clean cloth. |
4 | Place on a work surface and roll out using a rolling pin. |
Preparation of pizza balls | |
1 | Preheat oven to 200 °C. |
2 | Using a round glass, cut 10 disks from pizza dough. |
3 | Dice chorizo. Gently pull out disks with hands and fill with 1 teaspoon of tomato coulis, a few pieces of chorizo, a mozzarella ball and a small sprinkling of grated cheese. |
4 | Fold in 4 corners of dough then put pizza balls on a lined baking tray. |
5 | Repeat for all the other disks. |
6 | Brush balls with olive oil then bake for 20 to 25 mins. |
7 | Serve immediately. |
