1 | Pour 850 ml of hot water into bowl, sprinkle over polenta and add salt. Run EXPERT programme, speed 3/100°C and adjust cooking time according to indications on packet. |
2 | Add double cream at end of programme, then Parmesan cheese. Run EXPERT programme, 10 seconds/speed 4 (without heating). |
3 | Serve immediately so that polenta remains creamy. Add a tablespoon of pesto rosso to each plate together with candied cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
