Serves 4 :
2 medium onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, sliced
10 medium sized potatoes
750 ml chicken stock
Salt
Pepper
1 Tablespoon Thyme, finely chopped
100 g butter

Pre heat your oven to 185C

In the bottom of a baking dish lay the onion & garlic.

Using the spiraliser attachment, spiralise your potatoes & lay into the baking dish [FOODPROCESSOR]

Add the chicken stock, season add the thyme, & butter

Pop into the oven for 45 min to an hour (or until golden & crispy on top)
