1 | Insert transparent bowl into midi bowl. Cut potatoes and onions in half. Slice with 4 mm slicing disc using FOOD PROCESSOR programme and set aside. |
2 | Replace transparent bowl with metal bowl. Add 500 ml of water, place potatoes and onion in steamer basket and run STEAM programme. Set aside and dry bowl using paper towels. |
3 | Add eggs, salt, pepper, baking powder and nutmeg (optional). Run EXPERT programme for 30 seconds/speed 5 (without heating). Add potatoes and onion and rest for a few minutes in bowl. |
4 | Heat oil in frying pan and cook tortilla to taste. |
ive never used baking powder or nutmeg in the tradional tortilla. you can also add roasted capsicum too.
