Roast Hazelnut and White Bean Dip
100 roasted Hazelnuts
1 tin of White Beans Drained and Washed
1 White Onion
3 Garlic Gloves
1/4 cup Fresh Basil
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Roast Hazelnut and White Bean Dip
1Peel Garlic and Onion cut onion into 4 and roast in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil.
2once cooled place in mini food pro bowl with all other ingredients except oil and blitz.
3slowly add oil until dip in smooth.
4season to taste with salt and pepper
