100 | roasted Hazelnuts |
1 | tin of White Beans Drained and Washed |
1 | White Onion |
3 | Garlic Gloves |
1/4 | cup Fresh Basil |
1/4 | cup Olive Oil |
Roast Hazelnut and White Bean Dip | |
1 | Peel Garlic and Onion cut onion into 4 and roast in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil. |
2 | once cooled place in mini food pro bowl with all other ingredients except oil and blitz. |
3 | slowly add oil until dip in smooth. |
4 | season to taste with salt and pepper |
