Serves 4 :
4 large, very fresh organic eggs,
at room temperature
4 tbsp. crème fraîche
salt, pepper
100 g strips smoked salmon
50 g fresh creamy cheese (Philadelphia)
1Fill the metal bowl with 500ml water and fit the steamer basket.
2Break the eggs into small ramekins, add a tbsp. of crème fraiche and a tsp of Philadelphia to each one and season to taste. (order not specified in variant)
3Share the smoked salmon evenly between the ramekins.
4Place the ramekins in the steamer basket and run the STEAM programme for 12 minutes. If necessary, adapt the cooking time.
