Steamed Salmon with broccoli colesla

Serves 2 :
2 x 140g salmon fillets
1 lemon, cut into rings
2 tbsp. dill
broccoli stem, finely sliced
half fennel, finely sliced
2 carrots, grated
1/4 cup cranberries
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. honey
Juice from half lemon
1Place salmon fillets topped with lemon rings, dill and salt and pepper in Magimix Cook Expert steam basket and tun the STEAM program for 15 minutes,100°C or until fishis cooked to your liking.
2To make coleslaw, combine broccoli stem, fennel, carrot and cranberriesand toss well.
3In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, vinegar, honey and lemon juiceand whisk well. Add to salad mixture and combine.
4Serve salmon fillet alongside coleslaw.
