Steamed seafood in blackbean sauce

Serves 4 :
Broth
150 g butter
500 ml stock
2 tblsp blackbean, soaked in water
1/4 cup Chinese rice wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 onions, finely sliced
1 knob ginger
To steam
1 kg mussels
10 king prawns
1/2 kg clams
Salt & pepper to season
Garnish
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
6 cloves garlic, finely sliced
2 long red chilli, finely sliced
Broth
1In the steel bowl of the Magimix Cook Expert, place all of the broth ingredients.
2Add the XXL steamer & place the Mussels, prawns & clams in the basketSeason with salt and pepper.
3Select program STEAM and set timer to 20 minutes. Steam until Mussels & Clams have opened & Prawns are cooked.
4To serve place the mussels, prawns & clams into a large bowl, pour the broth over the mussels, prawns & clams Add the garnish & serve.
