1 | Break the chocolate into pieces. Chop in the metal bowl using the EXPERT programme 30 seconds/speed 15 (without heating). Scrape down the wall of the bowl. |
2 | Add the milk and cream; restart the EXPERT programme, 5 minutes/speed 3/90 °C. Pour the hot chocolate into cups. Serve immediately. |
