  • Simply fit the whisk into the bowl, add your ingredients, and let the machine do the rest. For best results, remove the small pusher to allow airflow while whisking – this helps incorporate more air for maximum fluffiness.
  • Whisk 1 medium egg (room temperature) to soft peaks in around 1 minute
  • Continue whisking slightly longer for stiff peaks
