Video specifies 800mls water then SIMMER 5/0/63. Followed by SIMMER 60/0/63. Recipe on this site says 750mls water. Then, add eggs then BOTH SIMMER 1 hr/0/ 73 AND SIMMER 1hr/0/65. Which is correct?
