500 ml of almond milk

15 g of cornflour

1 tbsp of water

100 g of agave syrup

0.5 tsp of almond extract

Tips

For an almond milk and matcha tea ice cream, remove the bitter almond extract. Once cooled, add 2-3 teaspoons of matcha tea to the mixture, whisking well.

RECIPE STEPS

Heat the milk, cornflour (diluted in a little water), agave syrup and almond extract in a saucepan over a low heat, until the mixture thickens slightly. Leave it to cool.
  • 500 ml of almond milk
  • 15 g of cornflour
  • 1 tbsp of water
  • 100 g of agave syrup
  • 0.5 tsp of almond extract

Place the mixture in the fridge until it is cold.

Press the Artisanal ice cream or Italian ice cream mode. Pour the mixture into the Gelato Expert.

When the light flashes, your ice cream is ready. Serve your ice cream immediately or store it in the freezer.
