Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
In the metal bowl, whip the egg whites firmly using the mixer, removing the cap from the lid.
Halfway through, gradually incorporate the icing sugar and the vanilla sugar to make a meringue.
Fold in if necessary.

Gradually incorporate the rest of the ingredients.

- 50 g of plain flour
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of almonds

Form the tiles using a tablespoon on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake for about 5 minutes or until the edges of the tiles are golden.
Place the tiles on a rolling pin to shape them.
Let them cool down and enjoy.
