100 g plain flour

0.5 cm fresh ginger root

200 g raspberries

150 g blackberries

4 Pink Lady® or Gala type apples

40 g flaked almonds

100 g soft butter

50 g of brown sugar

Tips

You can replace muscovado sugar with brown sugar.

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Put all the ingredients into the metal bowl, incorporating the butter last. Run the program.

Place on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.

While the crumble dough is cooking, pour 0.5 L of water into the bowl and add the peeled and sliced ginger. Gently run the berries under cold water to clean them.
