In the midi bowl of the ROBOT, slice the onion into 4mm and set aside.
Continue with the carrots also sliced into 4mm.
Cut the fresh tomatoes into cubes with a knife.

Preheat the cocotte on high heat on a stove with a drizzle of olive oil, without the lid.
As soon as the cocotte is hot, place the onions in it and sauté them for 5 minutes, stirring regularly with a wooden spoon.

Add the carrots, lardons, tomatoes, light brown sugar, crumble a vegetable stock cube and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Stir regularly with the wooden spoon.

Wash the artichokes, slice off the stem then cut the top of the leaves with scissors.
Cut the artichokes in half lengthwise. Remove the purple leaves and the choke.

Deglaze with white wine, add the artichokes, the sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, cover the cocotte then place it on the base of the Cook Expert.
Run the program.
Reduce by 20 minutes if the artichokes are pre-cooked in cans or jars.
