250 g of plain flour

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

1 pinch of fine salt

3 bananas

50 g of pecans

100 g butter

125 g plain yoghurt

2 eggs

120 g of caster sugar

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

RECIPE STEPS

Heat the oven to 180 °C.

Place all the ingredients in the bowl. Run the program.

  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g plain yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g of caster sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

Mash the bananas and chop the pecans. Add them to the metal bowl and rerun the program for 10 seconds.

Butter a large loaf tin and flour it lightly. Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 10 minutes.

Lower the oven to 160°C and continue cooking for about 55 minutes.

Turn the banana bread out onto a rack to cool.
