Beef and onion goulash
1 zest of organic yellow lemon
150 ml red wine
5 tbsp red wine
1 kg beef
2 tbsp plain flour
3 cloves of garlic
3 pinches pepper
1 tsp marjoram
2 pinches cumin
1 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp salt
30 ml rapeseed oil
400 g onions
2 tbsp of tomato purée

A nice recipe but doesn’t need the lemon zest. The quantity used in the recipe dominates the taste
yum. make sure you cut the beef thhhiiiiiccckkkk
