1 zest of organic yellow lemon

150 ml red wine

5 tbsp red wine

1 kg beef

2 tbsp plain flour

3 cloves of garlic

3 pinches pepper

1 tsp marjoram

2 pinches cumin

1 tbsp sweet paprika

1 tsp thyme

1 tbsp salt

30 ml rapeseed oil

400 g onions

2 tbsp of tomato purée

400 ml beef stock

Quarter the onions then chop them further by running the program.

Dice the meat and season with salt and pepper. Add it with the beef stock to the metal bowl. Run the program.

Mix the red wine with the flour in a cup.
  • 5 tbsp red wine

Finely slice the marjoram and garlic. Add the wine-flour mixture and the other ingredients to the metal bowl. Run the program.

A nice recipe but doesn’t need the lemon zest. The quantity used in the recipe dominates the taste
