200 ml cane sugar (or maple) syrup

0.5 lemon

500 g blueberries

1 handful crushed hazelnuts

RECIPE STEPS

Wash the blueberries and pass them through the Extra Press, along with the peeled lemon half to create a coulis.

Mix the coulis with the sugar syrup and pour the mixture into ice cube trays. Place them in the freezer for 3 to 6 hours.

When the ice cubes are ready, process them using the Juice filter and collect your sorbet in the bowl. Serve immediately in ramekins, garnish with crushed hazelnuts and enjoy!
