RECIPE STEPS

Add fresh corn, egg, milk, corn flour, sugar, and salt in your blender and blend until you get a thick paste consistency.
- 500 g fresh corn, cut from cob
- 1 egg
- 32.5 g masa harina
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 220 ml milk

Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.

Heat your frying pan over medium heat. Add butter.

Pour the batter on the frying pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes and flip with a spatula. Cook for 3 more minutes until the cachapa is golden brown.

Place sliced mozzarella cheese on one side of the cachapa and let it melt.
Fold the other half over the cheese. Repeat until you have made 6 corn pancakes.
Serve immediately.
