RECIPE STEPS

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 4).
Break the eggs and add them to the Blender with 70g of sugar, the vanilla sugar and the milk.
- 700 ml milk
- 5 eggs
- 140 g sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar

Run the programme:
speed 1/20 seconds.

Add the rest of the sugar to a pan over high heat until it turns brown and turns to caramel.
You can add a little water to make the caramel faster.

Pour the caramel into the bottom of the mold, then pour in the mixture from the Blender.
Cook in a bain marie for 50 minutes (in the oven: place the mold in a large dish filled with some water).

Let the flan cool to room temperature, then put it in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
