750 g celeriac

100 ml single cream

2 tbsp olive oil

You can vary the vegetables according to your taste (use carrots, courgettes, etc ...).

RECIPE STEPS

Wash and peel the celeriac. Slice the celeriac in the bowl fitted with the 4mm slicing disc.

Pour a liter of water into the saucepan or your steamer. Add the celeriac. Cover and cook. The celery should become very tender and easily pierced by the tip of a knife. Drain it and let it cool.

In the bowl fitted with the metal blade, blend the celeriac for 1 to 2 minutes.

When the celeriac has become a purée, add the cream.

Leave to run. Gradually drizzle in the olive oil through the opening. Season with salt.
