2 century eggs (cut into pieces)

100 g uncooked rice (soak for 30 minutes before filtering water)

80 g pork leg (mince before adding ½ teaspoon of salt and 5g oil)

8 g salt

0.5 tsp white pepper

0.5 spring onion (finely diced)

1200 ml water

30 g lettuce (shredded)

RECIPE STEPS

Using the stainless-steel bowl, attach the dough hook before adding in the water and soaked rice. Set to expert cooking programme / 30 minutes / 3 / 110°C.

Add in the cut century egg, pork meat, salt, and white pepper, and continue using the expert cooking programme / 5 minutes / 3 / 100°C.

Add in diced spring onions and transfer to a bowl. Garnish with the shredded lettuce before consumption.
